Driving Directions:

From Marin - Take the Golden Gate Bridge to the Lombard Street exit. Take Lombard Street and turn right on Van Ness Avenue. Take Van Ness for about a mile. It is a big white stone building on the right hand side between Fell and Oak Streets, just before Market Street. (2 blocks past Davies Symphony Hall). 

From The East Bay - Take the Bay Bridge to the Civic Center exit. As you exit veer left onto Harrison Street. Go 1 block and turn right on 9th Street. Stay in the left lanes and as you cross Market Street bear to the left. The road will curve and become Hayes Street. Turn left on Van Ness Avenue.  The building is on the right side about a block and half down.  

From the Peninsula - Take 101 Northbound. As you approach San Francisco follow the signs for Golden Gate Bridge North 101. Stay to the left and exit Civic Center. Stay in the left lanes and make a soft left onto 9th Street. Take 9th Street toward Market Street. Stay in the left lanes and as you cross Market Street bear left. The road will curve and become Hayes Street. Turn left on Van Ness Avenue.  The building is on the right side about a block and half down.  

Parking:

2 hour meters: Oak Street between Van Ness and Franklin 
1 hour meters: Everywhere; Van Ness, Oak, Franklin, Hickory, Fell

Parking Lots: 

Corner of Oak and Franklin. Turn right immediately on Oak from Van Ness and park in second lot on left. The main entrance is on Oak and you can also access the lot from Franklin. Look for the light brown booth. Ask for Jessie the parking attendant. Outdoor lot.

South Van Ness Northbound; between Mission and Market, between B of A and Goodwill, attendants, underground parking.

Bart: 

Take the Civic Center Bart Station. As you come above ground walk up Market (heading west). You will be walking towards 8th, 9th/Hayes, 10th/Polk Street and the next street is Van Ness. Cross Van Ness and we are located in the first big (8 story) white building. If you do not want to walk those 4 blocks then you can take the underground Muni subway here. As you exit Bart then enter the Muni System. Take any Muni car in the outbound direction. Go one stop and exit Van Ness. The building is half block up Van Ness.

Location within the building:

As you enter the building there is a staircase to the right. Go down the stairs 2 flights. We are located within New Conservatory Theater Center in the lower level. There is a big white reception desk and red carpeting. As you enter the floor we are the first office on your left.

As you enter the building walk a straight line to the elevator that says Theaters. Push B. This will take you directly to our floor. It is a very slow elevator. Turn right as you leave the elevator and inquire at the reception desk.
